For the sale price of the land, the owners will include at
no additional cost 500 very good quality commercial Brangus
heifers, 40 commercial Brangus bulls, 300 one-year old
Brangus heifers, 20 working horses, two stallions and 60
wild breeding mares. Also included is a D-5 caterpillar
bulldozer tractor, model 93J548 with a three shank ripper in
perfect working condition, a 1992 one ton Ford F-350 truck,
a 1986 recently restored International truck-trailer, a
small six cow capacity trailer, a set of portable pens that
can hold and work up to two hundred head of cattle. And all
tools and equipment needed to operate this ranch. La Bamba
cattle ranch raises and exports one year old steers to the
U.S. All female heifers are left on the ranch to become
future mother cows. The yearly calf crop is 600+/-, half
steers, half heifers. Perimeter fence and cross fence
divides the ranch into six pastures of different size. Inner
dirt roads are maintained annually. Public dirt roads to and
from the ranch are maintained by the town government of
Coyame, Chihuahua. The ranch is 56 miles North-North-West
from Coyame, and from there 55 miles to Ojinaga,Chihuahua &
Presidio, TX passing through the beautiful scenery of the
Peguis canyon. There are six working wells equipped with
2"; pipes, gasoline powered engines, Jensen pumping
jacks and concrete or steel tanks and feeders. There are an
additional three wells also fully equipped that are not in
use. All nine wells are registered with the national water
commission in Mexico (CONAGUA), and each has its own
water-right title. Four additional well sites are marked for
future drilling. Throughout the ranch there are 31 dirt
water tanks. The land has Gramma and native grass cover
interspersed with various species of native bush and tree
vegetation typical of this region, and is home to a variety
of wildlife like pronghorn antelope, mule deer, puma, lynx
cats, coyotes, ducks, cranes, hawks, owls, wild turkey and
Javalinas.
Land tax for 2010 is $3,076.00 USD. Annual average rain fall
is 14 inches.
Elevation is 4647 feet above sea level in the valley to 5201
feet above sea level in the ranch headquarters. Currently
the ranch is rated at 110 animal units.

If you wish to bring your truck into Mexico, you will need
the original and one photocopy of the following: vehicle
title or bank or credit union permission to go into Mexico,
driver license, U.S. passport, and a credit card. A six
month permit will cost around twenty five dollars for your
vehicle, also a six month visa costs twenty dollars. With
these you can enter Mexico as many times as you desire for
